Each walk is restricted to 30 people except the Nordic Walking with 14/15 people and 2 instructors.

Walks are graded as follows
Grade 1- flat walk on mainly level paths with 2 stiles - suitable for children but not for wheelchair users
Grade 2 - short walk but with some hills, steps and stiles - suitable for older children
Grade 3 - longer walk with steeper hills, steps and stiles

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome, but please note there are stiles on all walks.
Poles will be supplied for the Nordic Walking event. No previous experience necessary as all training will be given. You will need to fill out a health declaration form before attending the Nordic walking event. This may be available to view on this site in the near future.
Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for all walks. Please arrive in good time as walks will depart on time.
